About Ryan

Real estate isn't just my career. It's where I come from.

I was born and raised right here in Kelowna, and I've spent my whole life watching this city grow, neighbourhood by neighbourhood. With family in the industry, there wasn't a car ride growing up where real estate wasn't part of the conversation. I didn't just learn the business, I absorbed it. It's been a piece of my life for as long as I can remember, and that's exactly why I'm so passionate about it today.

A Foundation Built on Hard Work

Before real estate, I built my work ethic on the basketball court and in the classroom. At Fresno Pacific University, I completed my Business Management degree in just three years while working two jobs, one of them in marketing, and playing NCAA basketball full time. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with the university's highest honours in business, finishing at the top of my class with a 98% average. Basketball taught me discipline and how to perform under pressure. Business school taught me strategy. Real estate is where both of those come together.

Outside of Work

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me on the basketball court. It's been part of my life for as long as real estate has, and it's where I go to recharge.
