Dave Stratton joins Royal LePage Kelowna following a distinguished 20-year career in luxury automotive sales and management, including 13 years with BMW. Having spent two decades navigating complex negotiations and high-level service, Dave brings a seasoned, professional perspective to the Kelowna real estate market. A naturally tech-savvy professional, he leverages the latest digital tools and data-driven insights to provide his clients with a modern, competitive edge in today’s fast-paced market.

Dave’s move into real estate was a heartfelt choice to align his professional drive with what matters most: family, lifestyle, and authentic connection. He understands that a home is more than an asset; it is the foundation for a family’s future. Alongside his wife, Samara, an experienced educator and Secondary School Counsellor within our local school district, Dave is deeply embedded in the fabric of the Kelowna community. Having built a life together for nearly two decades, they are driven by a passion to see their clients succeed, ensuring their needs are met with the same care they give their own family.

For Dave, the relationship will always be more important than the transaction. He approaches every property with the steady hand of a seasoned professional and the heart of a dedicated father. Whether he is negotiating a contract or scouting the perfect neighbourhood, he acts as a loyal advocate for his clients' dreams.

When he isn’t at the closing table, Dave is fully immersed in the Kelowna lifestyle he worked so hard to build. A dedicated father to his two kids, you’ll often find the family at Wentworth Music supporting the kids' musical journeys, or at Big White enjoying fresh air and atmosphere. The Strattons are fixtures in the Lower Mission, where Dave, Samara, and the kids walk their two amazing hound dogs daily.

An adventurer at heart, Dave is an avid cyclist, snowboarder, and adventure motorcycle rider. He and Samara share a love of the outdoors, frequently spending time hiking the Okanagan trails or exploring the depths as experienced scuba divers. When he isn't on the trails or the slopes, Dave is in his studio painting, drawing artistic inspiration from the movement of the ocean and water.

Dave feels that life is about the next great adventure, and he brings that same energy and enthusiasm to helping his clients start their own next chapter in the Okanagan.
