About Chris

From a young age Chris displayed a passion for working hard whether it be in sports or his first job at 12 years old. The passion continued to grow when he became a landscape construction worker at the age of 15.
His positive attitude and ambitious spirit escalated when he finished high school and started his first landscape construction company at 18. Putting a pause to learn more about the industry and expand his knowledge of plants and how they grow Chris went to Niagara College and got his diploma in Horticulture. During this time Chris traveled to Kelowna for a summer co-op where he fell in love with the area and the people. Shortly after finishing college, Chris came back to Kelowna to work for one of the top landscape construction companies in the Okanagan. After a year he decided it was time to go out on his own again when he returned to Ontario to open his landscape construction company. He quickly grew the company to have two crews and a fleet of equipment and trucks.
After some struggle he decided it was time to move on and pursue other passions. Chris started in construction in 2018 building his first tiny home on a trailer. With his newfound passion moved back to Kelowna in 2019 to start framing and working on the interiors of people's homes. Chris continued to work hard working for several construction companies in different fields and built a second tiny home for short-term rental. His passion for houses and helping people grew.
In 2023 Chris decided to switch directions. In an effort to interact with new people and share his overwhelming passion for construction, houses, and education he enrolled in the Real Estate program at UBC. Eight months later Chris became a licensed real estate agent.
